 COULSDON TOWN CENTRE After some eighty years of consultation and prevarication, the CTCIS is underway and on course for a 2006 finish. Hochtief UK Ltd. Have been appointed as the principal contractor in seeing through the project as it seeks to make Coulsdon town centre a focal point of the local community once more. In the process, the A23 will change route to the east of the town and underneath Smitham station, before rejoining the Brighton Road by the Coulsdon Methodist church.
